Feel stuck in the wrong career? Craving more flexibility + creative work but unsure how to get there? Time to pivot and choose what your meant for next.

1:1 Mentorship

I work with women who feel the weight of knowing there’s more for them but aren’t sure where to begin when it comes to making a change.

This is private mentorship for choosing your next chapter and making the career leap you crave...without relying on LinkedIn to save you, wasting hours applying to jobs, or blowing your life up impulsively.

 What we’ll do together:

  • Get clear on what you actually want next and craft a clear vision for your life & career.
  • Map an actionable path that moves you directly towards that clear vision.

  • Dismantle the beliefs, guilt, and invisible rules that hold you back and keep you loyal to the life you’ve outgrown.

  • Rewire how you think, choose, and move so your habits, standards, and actions match the woman you’re becoming + life you're building, not the one you’ve outgrown.

You will leave in, or in motion towards, an entirely new career path that is right for you and as the person you were always meant to become.

*Spots for January & February are booked. Apply to get info + on the waitlist for March.

"I came into this scared as shit about leaving my teaching career and moving into the mental health field, which is where I found my true passions to lie. Now I wake up excited every day, I have the exact job I said I wanted. My story literally reads like one from a fairytale book and I can't believe it's real for me 😂 "

Hailey K. Former teacher

"I used to wake up at 3am from stress of my teaching job. I now wake up each morning with a long dog walk and slowly enjoy my coffee. I love what I get to do now and I am living the life Spencer gave me the courage to envision."

Brittany P. Former teacher

"I was in such a rut before mentorship. Operating from survival mode. Now, I am LOVING what I do. I’m free, living my dream life and truly working my dream job. I am seriously loving life. ”
