I’m Spencer and I have been helping women change & elevate their lives for six years.

My inspo for choosing this career path came from my own life & career pivot.

In 2020, I hit my “f*ck this” moment and decided I was going to find a way to leave schools and have a life where location freedom, time freedom and a flexible lifestyle was my norm.

With 80k of student debt, two degrees specific to elementary education, and 3 decades of limiting beliefs around money and success, I assure you that I did not know how this would be possible for me.

But in under 1 year, I made it happen.

I get asked all the time: “how?”

My answer is always: I knew the “what” - I was clear and convicted about what I wanted.

However, knowing what you want is not enough. You must build the belief that it’s possible and to know what actions to take to arrive there.

That’s why I created Pivot Era.
