Helloooo! I'm Spencer.
A few years ago I was sitting exactly where you are right now - in a career that looked fine from the outside and felt completely wrong on the inside.
I was a full-time instructional coach in a K-5 school, climbing a ladder I didn't want to be on, daydreaming about making my own schedule and doing work I actually wanted to do.
I left that path and figured out what was actually mine to build. The process inside The Pivot Room is the same one I lived to kickstart my career pivot, and the same one I've been refining with 1:1 clients ever since.
I'm not going to tell you to manifest harder or hand you an AI-generated plan.
I will ask you the right questions, help you hear yourself clearly (maybe for the first time in a long time), show you how to map a plan forward, and hang in your corner until you're actually moving.
