Uplevel Unlocked was born from my own life & career pivot.

A few years ago I was where you might be right now. I knew the career and life I was living wasn't the one I wanted anymore.

I was working full-time in a K-5 school as an instructional coach while secretly wishing I could make my own schedule, do work I loved and be home with my dog everyday - without sacrificing impact or income. I was also living in my midwest hometown, daydreaming about being out West. 

I felt that "I'm made for more" feeling every single day but had no idea what to do about that or what other options I had.

So, I stayed where I was. Climbing the career ladder with plans of being a school administrator one day. 

Not my "dream", definitely not a future I was excited to build. But it was the future that made the most sense, and the only one I could actually see tbh.

The turning point happened when I got crystal f*cking clear.

I realized I wasn't stuck because I was limited as far as options go.

I was stuck because I was struggling with letting myself want what I actually want. 

With the help of a mentor, I was able to pinpoint exactly where I wanted my life and career to go next. 

It felt like I hit a pivot point, and it was a very quick domino effect from there.

The opportunities I noticed changed. The decisions I made changed. The risks I was willing to take changed. My confidence level changed.

And the action I took started to actually moved the needle towards a future I wanted and was excited to build.

In under a year, my entire life looked different.

I left teaching.
I stepped into a dream remote role.
I had the freedom to design my life around creativity and what mattered most.
And started building a career that fits who I am and what I love to do most.

Today, I live in Arizona, work from coffee shops, and spend my work days creating, coaching, and helping other women design lives they’re jazzed to wake up to :) 

Everything I learned and did to get here is what became Uplevel Unlocked.

It’s the same process I now guide my clients through when they’re standing exactly where you are right now:

Feeling stuck.
Knowing they want more.
But not knowing where to start

A lot can change in just a year when you know who you are and what you want.
