Uplevel Unlocked was born from my own life & career pivot...

A few years ago I was where you might be right now. I knew the career and life I was living wasn't the one I wanted anymore.

I was working full-time in a K-5 school as an instructional coach, while secretly wishing I could make my own schedule, do work I loved, and be home with my dog everyday - without sacrificing impact or income. I was also living in my midwest hometown, daydreaming about being out West. 

I felt it every single day but I had no idea what to do instead. So, I did what most people do to try and figure it out:

Scrolling job boards, researching different careers.
Taking quizzes, asking friends and family what they thought I should do.

None of it worked. I spent years wishing for something different but not really doing much about that.

The turning point happened when I got crystal f*cking clear.

I realized I wasn't struggling with changing my career. I knew the steps for how to do that.

I was struggling with letting myself want what I actually want. 

With the help of a mentor, I was able to pinpoint exactly where I wanted my life and career to go next. 

 It felt like I hit a pivot point where everything started to unfold in my favor.

The opportunities I noticed changed. The decisions I made changed. The risks I was willing to take changed.

And the action I took didn’t feel forced or like guesswork anymore.

It felt obvious, I knew what action to actually take and which direction to move in.

This momentum helped me build confidence and taught me how to trust myself. 

In under a year, my entire life looked different.

I left teaching.
I stepped into remote work.
I started designing my life around freedom, creativity, and autonomy.
And building a career that actually fits who I am and what I love to do most.

 Today, I live in Arizona, work from coffee shops, and spend my work days creating, coaching, and helping other women design lives they’re actually excited to wake up to.

And the process that got me here is what became Uplevel Unlocked.

It’s the same process I now guide my clients through when they’re standing exactly where you are right now:
