As an expert in life design and identity work, my mission is to help women dissolve societal and self-imposed limits, redefine what’s possible for them and bring their visions and true potential to life.

For the past 5 years, I’ve devoted my life’s work to uncovering the “how” behind manifestation and life transformation to make it a grounded, actionable, and accessible concept for myself and the badass women I support.

My work is what happens when neuroscience + ancient wisdom have a baby. I’m obsessed with helping you realize the power and tools you have to shape-shift & completely redesign yourself and life, your way.
